Radiant Girls Connect
Radiant Girls Connect is our heart-led initiative for girls aged 10 and above — a safe, joyful and empowering space where creativity meets confidence, and where friendship and fun go hand in hand with learning and growth.
Here, girls are not just seen, they are celebrated.
They’re encouraged to dream big, create boldly, and step into their brilliance.
Whether it’s learning a new skill, making something beautiful with their hands, or simply connecting with others, each session is designed to nurture their wellbeing and safety, build our girls self-esteem, and remind them of their limitless potential. Because at Radiant Ambitions, no girl is left behind.
We attend provider forums and support a diverse range of young people in need including:
- Young girls experiencing mental health difficulties.
- Young girls with additional support needs.
- NEET young girls and those at risk of becoming NEET.
- Young girls leaving care who need pracical, independent living support.
- Young girls affected by domestic violence and/or exploitation.
We also work with local schools to build the employability, creative or tech skills of students to boost their confidence as they prepare for the world of work.
Cultivating Sisterhood
Cultivating Sisterhood is our flagship community building programme, birthed from our impactful project, Sisters United Against Loneliness, which ran from late 2022 to Summer 2023.
At its core, Cultivating Sisterhood is about nurturing deep, intentional connections—woman to woman, sister to sister. It’s a space where self-care isn’t an afterthought, but a shared value. Where accountability feels like love. And where new, life-giving friendships are formed, helping women step into fuller, more radiant lives.
Because truth be told, life was never meant to be lived alone. There is something profoundly beautiful about journeying together, shoulder to shoulder, heart to heart, hand in hand.
We gather for this enriching experience through an afternoon tea where every conversation is rich, and every woman is seen, heard, and valued.
