Our Three Es is the Foundation of Flourishing
We create learning experiences that go beyond the classroom. Whether it’s building self-esteem, discovering creative talents, or developing cultural, life and leadership skills, our workshops are designed to equip women and girls for real-world impact.
We particularly focus on closing the gaps that limit women’s access to high-growth sectors, like STEM, digital media and creative enterprise. By nurturing both practical skills and personal growth, we help women step into their chosen fields knowing that they belong.
Examples of the workshops we offer include:
- Personal development sessions
- Creative and vocational skills workshops
- Confidence, communication and English Language training
- Tech taster sessions and skilling up
- Cultural and heritage education.
For many women, the road to employment is paved with obstacles—lack of experience, confidence, or opportunity. We walk that journey with them, providing stepping stones to help women re-enter the workplace, pivot careers, or discover their own strengths.
Whether through volunteering, mentorship or targeted employability training, we offer practical and nurturing support to help women transition from unemployment into getting employed.
We support women and girls to:

- Build strong CVs and interview skills
- Navigate career changes with confidence
- Explore meaningful roles in the community.
We believe every woman carries within her a seed of innovation—an idea, a talent, a dream. Through our enterprise initiatives, we support women to explore that seed and cultivate it into something impactful. We have supported many women to launch their own social enterprises and become non-profit founders.
Most of our workshops are facilitated by women who are already leaders in their own businesses or social enterprises, bringing their expertise in creativity and wellbeing.
